We are big believers in on-the-job training and of promoting from within so if you have more than one year in your apprenticeship or equivalent experience, we would love to talk to you!

Journeyman Electrician
Electrical Apprentice
A unique part of working for RALOS is our blend of solar and electrical. Our Electrical apprentices can be working on a commercial job site one day and on the roof of a home the next installing solar panels. It's a great position for those that don't like doing the same thing everyday. Our Electrical Apprentices must be able to lift 50 lbs. and have a minimum of 1 year experience in PV installation or similar.
Solar Sales Representative
A big part of our mission is to help as many people as possible take control of their energy production. This makes our sales team vital because they are the ones educating and helping the public fully understand their energy usage and all of their options. Our Sales Representatives are commission based and competitively paid based on their past experience. At RALOS we love to keep it fun so our sales team also has the chance to win thousands in prizes throughout the year based on performance!
Appointment Setter
As an appointment setter, you are out interacting with the community and finding people that are interesting in one of our services. If you love to meet new people, but hate the long processes of selling and maintaining the account, an Appointment Setter position may be right for you. Our appointment setters are paid hourly based on their previous experience with generous bonus structures and contest incentives.
